District 24 of the Kansas House of Representatives encompasses all of Mission, northern Overland Park and parts of Roeland Park. It was represented by Ed O'Malley most recently and before that, Bob Tomlinson. In December of 2006, O'Malley resigned and Ronnie Metsker was elected to fill out the two year term.
