Ronnie initiated a new round of multi-jurisdictional talks to see the Turkey Creek hike and bike trail a reality in the upper and lower basin. In this photo, Ronnie and others study maps for possible routes for the trail. The monthly Turkey Creek Trail Coalition meeting includes about 30 individuals from these jurisdictions: the cities of Mission, Overland Park , Merriam, Roeland Park , the Unified Government, US Army Corps of Engineers, KDOT, Johnson County , Johnson County Parks , Mid-America Regional Council, and the office of Congressman Moore, among others.
